The Construction Engineering Services Practice is seeking a Construction Services Manager in Portland, OR. The Construction Services Manager will provide on-site construction management and resident engineer expertise for transportation projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, facilitating coordination between clients and contractors, and monitoring construction quality for compliance with the project plans and specifications including overseeing the work of office administration and construction field staff. Responsibilities of the Construction Manager may vary from one project to another, based on the needs of the client, however, the general responsibilities of the Construction Manager are included below. Additional responsibilities may be required. Depending upon background and skills, may have opportunities in project design during non-construction season work. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
