Business Sales Analyst - Internship - Westford, MA

NETSCOUT is seeking a motivated Business Sales Analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a real-world environment. The intern will assist in, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration. This opportunity will be a full-time (40 hours per week) located in our Westford, MA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
• Perform research and analysis in support of operations
• Ensure data quality of CRM and ERP Systems
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills
• Provide solutions and recommendations based on research
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources
• May perform additional projects upon request

Qualifications:

• Business Administration or related major
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
