*Description*
Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm shift. Overtime is available, not required. The first 1 to 2 months they will be required to work on-site fully. After 2 months they are requiring at least 2 to 3 days of on-site and the other days remote. Wednesdays are their mandatory days on-site. This is not negotiable. It's company wide. Responsibilities: - average of 80+ outbound calls per day in an effort to collect the balance owed - email blast campaigns that will generate some inbound calls. Sometimes 20-30 inbound calls per day - managing 200 to 600 accounts per week - following up via email letting them know a balance is due - notating the account using their CRM system and Excel - navigate phone calls to where it would lead to a possible collection - try to collect right on the phone - settle accounts as needed - follow up with daily reporting on activity - Other related duties assigned by management *Skills* customer service, risk mitigation, quality control, escalation calls, excel, Customer care, collection calls *Top Skills Details* customer service,risk mitigation,quality control,escalation calls,excel,Customer care,collection calls *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE: - at least 2 to 3 years of outbound FIRST PARTY collections experience. - basic collection laws knowledge. - great communication skills - great listening skills *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
