Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, systems administration, and enterprise technologies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to day-to-day IT operations and special projects. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. * Assist with the setup and deployment of laptops, desktops, and other devices. * Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software. * Help maintain inventory of IT assets and perform hardware audits as needed. * Document technical procedures and create user-friendly guides for end-users. * Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Linux systems. * Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and security assessments. * Support end-users onsite and remotely under supervision of IT staff.
