We are looking for a Facilities Support Specialist for a large financial services client. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and customer service experience. Great opportunity for candidates looking to get their foot in the door with Corporate America.
*Responsibilities:* * Mail Sorting: Sort incoming mail from the post office, FedEx, and other carriers. * Package Management: Scan, code, and track packages daily. * Mail Delivery: Deliver mail within the office. * Office Maintenance: Address internal needs such as temperature control and leaks. * Access Card Management: Issue new access cards to new employees and collect cards from departing employees. * Customer Service: Provide internal customer service; no external calls. * Physical Requirements: Stand for long periods and be mobile; lift up to 50 lbs. *Qualifications:* * At least 6 months of mailroom experience preferred/customer service, but detail-oriented candidates without experience will be considered. * 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred, must be able to interact with internal employees and clients. * Outlook experience is a plus. * Strong attention to detail is required: ensuring accuracy in sorting and delivering mail. * Strong organizational Skills required: Managing and keeping track of incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. * Strong time management required: Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. * Strong communication skills are required: Interacting with colleagues and external contacts effectively. * Must be able to stand on feet for entirety of shift. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Problem-Solving: Addressing issues such as misdirected mail or delivery delays. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
