We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Onboarding and Culture Program Manager to design and lead programs that shape the employee experience from day one. This role focuses on delivering a consistent, engaging onboarding journey and fostering a strong, inclusive company culture that reflects our values and drives employee connection, retention, and performance.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Own and evolve the employee onboarding experience from pre-hire through first 90 days.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that scale across teams, locations, and roles.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure seamless onboarding logistics and communication.
  • Lead initiatives that promote company culture, employee engagement, and cross-team connection.
  • Develop and run programs that reinforce values, celebrate milestones, and support belonging.
  • Measure program effectiveness through feedback and data and continuously improve.
  • Support internal communications related to onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives.
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years' experience in HR, L&D, employee experience, or related roles.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to scale initiatives.
  • Experience supporting multi-site teams across diverse roles and locations.
  • Experience developing culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.
  • Experience organizing internal events, workshops, and team-building initiatives.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable onboarding programs

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
