Responsibilities

The Treasury Management Solutions Officer 2 is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on deposit growth and treasury management services. This role involves providing professional sales and customer service support for treasury management solutions, assisting clients with product information, proposals, research, and problem resolution.

Essential Duties:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for tailored treasury management solutions.
  • Sales and Service Strategies: Implement sales and service strategies to sell treasury management products and services to commercial clients.
  • Consultative Support: Provide consultative counseling to clients and internal teams to achieve goals and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Coordinate and schedule proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for treasury management products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist commercial clients by researching and resolving issues related to treasury management services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends in deposit and treasury management and provide analysis and advice to the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Relationship Managers and Customer Service Managers to present a team approach in attracting and managing customer relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics related to treasury management services and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services to existing clients.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Treasury Management Solutions Department, this position is responsible to assist the Bank and the Department in achieving goals.


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent job experience specializing in banking and sales training.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • Expert interpersonal and leadership skills; Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills; thorough proficiency of the bank's deposit/ and account analysis system; Superior proficiency with Power Point, Word Excel, and Adobe Products; valid drivers' license. Ability to adapt to change, excellent multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making skills. Self-starter

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with at least 3 in the Treasury management area.
