Description and Requirements

Job Description:

This role supports the Lenovo Services Upsell team responsible for revenue growth through Parts Sales and Billable Services. Responsibilities include support for Lenovo's on-line sales and order fulfillment. This includes driving enhancements to the overall customer experience, support for customer escalations, facilitating the process to order, fill, and ship parts. This role will be measured on supporting an exceptional customer experience and order fulfillment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive enhancements to the overall customer experience related to online parts orders.

  • Quickly resolve escalations and implement changes to prevent future occurrences.

  • Facilitate efficient processing of sales returns and restocks.

  • Track partner orders and assist in fulfillment. Validate part availability and help secure supply to provide timely delivery of orders.

  • Develop and deliver metrics, analysis, and improve business processes.

  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting data. Maintain and update reporting files and dashboards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree and 2+ years of successful sales operations and partner engagement experience.

  • Analytical with strong Excel experience managing large data sets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem resolution skills.

  • Demonstrates strong customer focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Works well independently yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activities.
