Job Summary

As a Sr. Manager of Transformation and Change Management, you will be responsible for delivering the value of change management in transformational change & communications strategic initiatives. You will support the Director of Enterprise Transformation & Change and lead cross-functional teams to lead effective and measurable change at scale. You will ensure involvement and engagement with key stakeholders to deliver the objectives of the organization's transformation plan.

What you will do:

  • Execute the Change Management roadmap to support strategic initiatives within the Transformation Office. This involves a range of organizational change management activities, including impact assessment, training preparation, communications, and stakeholder engagement

  • Execute on practical and pragmatic way of working through CDW's common standards, tools and approaches to promote efficiency which includes:

Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, Reporting

  • Reporting of change management outcomes and metrics to leadership, core stakeholders and program teams

  • Performs quantitative assessment of change success and change adoption. Solicits feedback loops from team members to resolve success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives

  • Perform impact analysis, stakeholder analysis on change initiatives

  • Host cadenced meetings with key stakeholders to manage information and update presentations.

  • Advising and supporting business leadership on the most effective organizational and change management communications initiatives through presentations and talking points

  • Identifies and provides leadership for change agents and change advocates within the team member community by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding and influence organizational change.

Communication

  • Maintaining a communications strategy and cadence that ensures the right forum, frequency, channel and content of communications to ensure employees understand TO vision while being inspired to engage

  • Crafting a compelling communication strategy, and designing capabilities and innovation stories

  • Synthesize complex and integrated technology principles into content, visuals, and delivery using a variety of channels (email, events, campaign, advertising, roadshows, social) in support Transformation Communications

  • Maintain a SharePoint site with the latest release information (e.g., FAQs, communications) and training content.

Training

  • Develop persona-based Instructor Led Training decks per release aligned with business and system processes and permissions, based on business and technology persona mappings and alignment.

  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and refreshers per release for business-identified trainers to review agendas, content, and teach system functionality, include CDW Business Subject Matter Experts (SME) in these sessions to provide additional business process and design context.

  • Lead or coordinate system demonstrations per release with SMEs and the change network.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, change communications or a similar role with a focus on communication strategies and marketing practices. The candidate should have experience leading business transformation projects, ideally SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce) from start to finish and have outstanding analytical skills with experience developing quantitative model

  • Experience with Salesforce and SaaS system implementations

  • Highly skilled in developing, publishing, and presenting information tailored to the audience and inteng. Expert knowledge is required

  • Strong strategic and executional leader

  • History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a wide range of efforts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability in creative storytelling platforms

  • History of building and maintaining productive working relationships

  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to be persuasive and hold partners and coworkers accountable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management applications

  • Proven ability to create and manage informal teams delivering across multiple business functions

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize concrete and abstract concepts to develop executive level presentations

  • Experience in B2B Marketplace & technology industry are a plus

  • Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, ADKAR, ITIL, LEED, OCM, CCMP, V3 are also a plus

Pay range: $ 138,000 - $ 194,400 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan
