Regional Programming Specialist

CMG has an exciting opportunity available for a Program Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who can partner with Stations across the organization to ensure network changes are made and communicated in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be a team player have a high level of attention to detail, organized and deadline oriented.

• Responsible for entering network scheduling changes for the stations and episode entry updates and notifying the stations (e.g. Sales, News, Traffic and Master Control).
• Coordinates and communicates network scheduling changes to markets as needed.
• Creates the 24/7 schedule and ensures we are following FCC rules and/or guidelines.
• Responsible for managing and updating shared drive for programming and keeping current as this is a key resource for our stations.
• Provide updates for our syndicated programs to Master control and Traffic for log creation and to ensure programs are properly running on air.

• Associate's degree or job equivalent experience is required
• Experience in administrative functions, customer service oriented and deadline driven
• Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Effective at time management and very organized
• Sharp negotiation and networking skills
• Organizational and critical thinking skills
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Excellent skills working with Microsoft Office suite
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• 2+ years of experience in broadcast, digital video, or in the OTT space
• Experience working with Wide Orbit
• Experience in television scheduling and scheduling systems preferred
