Senior Billing Coordinator - Fan Growth Fan Growth

Fan Growth is responsible for helping fans engage deeper, stay longer, and have more fun. We build strong relationships with fans through targeted marketing and loyalty programming; we provide care to help fans get the most out of their games; and we partner across EA to optimize experiences in and around our games, ensuring effortless journeys that maximize value to our fans. Fan Growth Billing Operations

The Billing function efficiently creates, maintains, and manages purchase orders (POs).

We flexibly support different engagement models, including fixed, fluid, and services billing, while ensuring compliance with EA regulations, legal requirements, supplier dynamics, accounts payable workflows, and standard payment terms.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders for functional spend and track and submit invoices against the corresponding POs.

  • Work with Finance partners, Legal, Business leads, and suppliers to ensure work orders are fully executed and month-end deadlines are met.

  • Review work orders to ensure all billing information is included and accurate.

  • Audit all incoming supplier invoices to ensure the data submitted is in compliance with EA AP policy.

  • Update and track the status of submitted invoices.

  • Initiate, track, and follow up on new supplier setup applications.

  • Manage and utilize Airtable forms to initiate PO requests.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Billing Coordinator or similar position

  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Proven experience working efficiently with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with Oracle and MyContracts is a plus, but not required

  • Airtable knowledge is not required, but desired

  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and organized, as you will be working with a global team

  • Comfortable working individually as well as with a team

  • Great attention to detail

  • Service-oriented attitude

  • A critical thinker who can analyze situations and come up with creative solutions that are compliant with EA policy

  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks without continual input

  • Must be proactive in requesting information to ensure financial deadlines are met
