WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Safely and efficiently move trailers throughout the truck yard
  • Weigh loaded trailers
  • Inspect and perform basic maintenance on spotter tractors
  • Wash trailers as needed
  • Perform lot and/or yard checks
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE


  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree.
  • Ability to pass physical abilities test to meet standards of job
  • Sufficient hearing and vision necessary to operate powered equipment safely
  • Safe driving record

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE


  • A commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Professional truck driving experience

ROLE SPECIFICS


  • Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday night from 5:30pm - 4:00am (4 x 10 shift)
  • You'll be working indoors and outdoors throughout the year and will be exposed to harsh weather extremes.

Pay Scale/Range: $19.00 - $24.68 plus an additional $1 per hour for night shift differential
