Program Services Manager - Diagnostic Imaging

Summary:

In this role, you will manage strategic programming, events, media content, and other cross-functional projects to advance Vizient's go-to-market strategy for the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio. You will develop, market, and launch initiatives that engage Vizient Clients and Suppliers through differentiated platforms that deliver value and align with broader organizational goals. Additionally, you will manage KPIs for Diagnostic Imaging programs, collaborate with marketing and PR teams, and support key internal and external stakeholder relationships. You'll also interface with executives at Vizient Clients and Suppliers to strengthen and expand Vizient's presence in the Diagnostic Imaging market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of trends in medical diagnostic imaging (e.g., utilization impacting current and future demand, needs for innovative technology, shifts in sites of care, regulatory requirements) across categories.

  • Conduct research into provider, supplier and market trends to develop marketing content, thought leadership, and educational sessions in the diagnostic imaging market across all classes of trade.

  • Plan, lead, and own the execution of select live Vizient hosted events, and coordinate the Vizient Diagnostic Imaging team's presence at industry events.

  • Coordinate and co-create compelling media content including articles, podcasts, webinars, continuing education, case studies, and presentations.

  • Partner with management to support ad-hoc projects, task forces, and strategic initiatives.

  • Establish, track, and report KPI's, metrics, and key deliverables for Diagnostic Imaging programs.

  • Research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and new capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required, ideally with exposure to Diagnostic Imaging, healthcare, or medical technology sectors.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage cross-functional projects, including strategic programming, events, and media content.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.

  • Experience in event planning, content creation, and collaboration with professional societies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, evaluate market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
