PURPOSE

The Senior Manager, People Experience will play a key role in shaping and driving a dynamic talent strategy in collaboration with client groups, while enhancing the employee experience through innovative, system and process driven initiatives. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with the global Operations team, overseeing one direct report in the US. As an HR leader, you'll collaborate with the Operations leadership team to align business and talent strategies, ensuring that both are in sync to drive success. In this role, you'll have the chance to partner with business leaders to create impactful talent plans, streamline processes, strengthen the employee value proposition, and amplify the effectiveness of our enterprise HR solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent and People Experience, you'll have the opportunity to influence the future of our people strategy at a global scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Strategy & Talent Planning

* Shape and influence organizational business plans, vision, mission, and key priorities.

* Lead the charge in planning and executing the talent and people strategy to align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

* Drive the execution of talent strategies within client groups, ensuring the plan delivers tangible results.

* Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing solutions to talent challenges related to productivity, performance, and organizational design.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, HR teams, and other key functions to ensure alignment on talent goals.

* Ensure leadership is fully equipped to support and drive forward the business strategy and talent plans.

Change Management & Organizational Culture

* Act as a catalyst for change, partnering with leaders to effectively roll out HR programs and talent initiatives.

* Lead transformative change management efforts that drive growth and support the company's evolution.

* Align the People Team's strategic direction with the organization's business strategy to achieve long-term success.

* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to develop impactful solutions, policies, and programs that address business needs in line with the company's overarching strategy.

* Leverage People Team metrics and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational performance.

Leadership Development & Employee Experience

* Coach and develop high-potential talent and functional leaders to unlock top performance.

* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering collaboration between the business and People Team, refining services, programs, processes, and policies.

* Manage Tier 3 Employee Relations, providing expert guidance and support when needed.

* Enhance employee experience by implementing innovative HR initiatives, creating a supportive work environment, fostering a culture of feedback, and driving programs that promote well-being, engagement, and career development.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

* 7+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

* Proven track record in talent management, change management, organizational design, and driving business transformation.

* Demonstrated expertise in managing complex HR initiatives and executing long-term talent strategies.

Desired Skills


  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends, financial metrics, and strategic alignment. Experience in Semiconductor and/or support Operations strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and talent strategies
  • High-level problem-solving and consultative skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and solutions to business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to drive decisions based on data insights.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and the ability to lead organizational transformation efforts



The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $132,400 and $173,775. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
