City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health Employee Assistance Program is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Provider Relations Rep. Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift Position Location: 2-4 times a month on site in Virginia Beach, VA. Rest of working days are remote. Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Overview Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with providers. Duties include, but are not limited to; periodic on-site visits, conducting provider seminars, communicating administrative changes, and facilitating resolution of non-routine claim issues and other billing questions. Coordinates and conducts provider training and develops and distributes provider network materials.
