Description
Activities and Responsibilities 1. Works hands on with manufacturing personnel as member of project teams and equipment problems solving as required. 2. Assists in development of proposals for machinery system improvements, upgrades, alternations. 3. Provides direction in electrical and electronics wiring, electrical panel construction, sensor applications, etc. Maintains documentation as necessary. 4. Improvements to machinery to improve quality and ergonomics. 5. Reprograms existing machinery to perform a new function. 6. Keep up to date with new safety and technology. 7. Develops and provides training of new technology to maintenance. 8. Research new ways to improve current equipment and future equipment. Education & Experience Requirements -This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2 to 4 years of position related experience; preferably 4 to 6 years of position-related experience.
