DIVISION: U.S. Lubricants POSITION SUMMARYWork alongside the sales & marketing teams to execute targeted strategies that build brand awareness and drive leads to our U.S. Lubricants Sales team. This individual will contact, sell, and service assigned accounts and prospective customers to drive a consistent flow of quality leads resulting in increased profitable sales to assigned customers in a larger territory and/or more complex customer segment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Associate degree in marketing or related discipline, or 7+ years related business experience * Attention to detail and deadlines * Above average written and verbal communication skills * Ability to project a positive image to customers * Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships * Inside sales and/or customer service experience with demonstrated success. * Demonstrated ability to acquire new business * Good listener and strong communicator * Able to lead thru influence vs. formal authority. * Self motivated and action oriented, entrepreneurial, desire and drive to achieve goals. * Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open-minded manner * Well organized and represent the company in a professional manner * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and ability to learn other programs.
