About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is looking for a Video Support Engineer Junior to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide end-user support and training services to CBP's user community for Video Collaboration (VC) systems.
  • Develop User Guides, Cheat Sheets, and QRGs for VC systems.
  • Assist in troubleshooting user issues when hosting or joining virtual meetings.
  • Apply fundamental concepts on technical assignments.
  • Perform work that requires practical experience and training.
  • Work is performed under supervision.


Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • HS 2-3 Years

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
  • Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
  • Familiarity with Video Collaboration (VC) systems.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and a Public Trust clearance

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
