You will craft the GTM strategy develop enticing thought leadership support a pipeline of opportunities and create assets to promote sell the experience transformation offe Responsibilities What the work is The Employee Transformation Strategist has two primary areas of responsibility Create Demand you will be the bridge between XT and the Learning teams in Moment unlocking pathways for growth where experience transformation and client business objectives intersect. You will craft the GTM strategy develop enticing thought leadership support a pipeline of opportunities and create assets to promote sell the experience transformation offering. Strategic Connector you will bring a strategic perspective and vision to cultural transformations and adoption strategies that will create momentum and permeate an entire organization. You will collaborate with experience transformation practitioners e.g. innovators insights and intelligence growth strategists and other employee experience experts e.g. learning modern workplace competencies etc. to build experiences that deliver on the larger transformation objective growing client relationships and networks along the way. You will inspire and lead teams through the execution of end to end engagements e.g. transformation management add shift skillsets creation of COEs define new operational governance risk mitigation adoption strategies and keep everyone focused on the strategy and pivot based on the results. Along the way you will build re usable tools approaches processes and frameworks to scale the employee transformation efforts. Where necessary you will also collaborate and partner with the broader Cognizant organization e.g. client partners OCM teams in consulting BPO organization to craft impactful outputs and recommendations for clients. What the work requires You are part consultant part employee advocate part change agent and part behavioral psychologist. You think across traditional silos and can tie together seemingly disparate agendas to drive culture change in an organization. You are title blind and can influence people to expand their thinking and democratize new priorities big shifts in direction at scale e.g. how to be datadriven adopt Ai become customer centric embrace automation etc.. Day to day you will provide strategic guidance to our clients and develop thought leadership materials to open doors. You can demonstrate how you have constantly raised the bar and created environments where people to dare to innovate in ways that drove differentiation and economic value for your clients. |
