Office of the Dean- Special Projects Intern

The Office of the Dean-Special Projects Intern will work with the college of nursing leadership team to assist and lead on projects and strategic initiatives of the college. Projects will include data management, research support, platform development and review and assessment of potential options. This includes but is not limited to mentoring, shadowing and preceptorship platforms. Understanding of RedCap, Evalue, Asana will be gained by the intern to assist with platform development.

Assessment and analytics support will also be part of the interns scope.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with data management of the college and production of reports and supporting materials for the benefit of the college. This will require interaction with the college leadership team as well faculty and staff. Use of data systems such as ATI, Evalue, Tableau and Microsoft office suite.
  • Reviews and assesses potential software for use within the college. Including but not limited to mentoring,shadowing and preceptorship platforms.
  • Assess options for the design of the payment portal system regarding graduate preceptor payments and updates data for designed alumni-preceptor database accuracy for benefit of students to obtain a preceptor in relevant area of practice
  • Assist with assessment and accreditation projects as directed by the assistant dean for outcomes and improvement.


Qualifications

  • Intern should have a background in networking, and admin design.
