As a Driver Helper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our high-quality products to our valued customers. Job Description Primary Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico Position Details: Location: Albuquerque, NM Schedule: Day Shift Starting Pay: $17.00/HR Position Type: Seasonal Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is an advantage. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Valid driver's license preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the products we sell. Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70- 100 pounds. Must be able to perform essential functions with minimal supervision. Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug tests. Responsibilities: Assist the driver in loading and unloading products efficiently and safely. Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers. Communicate with the driver to coordinate delivery schedules. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and loading area. Report any delivery discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. Assist with inventory management and tracking during deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED. NO related experience needed. Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees. Mathematical Skills: Able to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and compute rate, ratio, and percentages. Reasoning skills: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to address issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Work Environment: Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
