The Pipeline Foreman, is responsible for supervising routine activities based on maintenance plans, monitoring digging and boring in and around lines, managing line crossing inspections, ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of the pipeline system. The role evaluates equipment changes provided to the master data team to keep records accurate, directs periodic visual inspections of lines to identify and address any anomalies or potential maintenance needs, and ensures lines operate in compliance with state and federal laws. The role directs completion of corrective tasks based on work orders and leads monitoring of real-time surveillance of pipeline systems. The role guides and mentors the pipeline operations team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing pipeline maintenance processes. * Supervises routine activities based on maintenance plans, monitors digging and boring in and around lines, manages line crossing inspections, ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of the pipeline system.
