We are looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team.This individual will play a key role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) for Personnel & Readiness (P&R) through the PRISM (Performance Reporting and Information Systems Management) contract. As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and executing projects that directly impact strategic initiatives across the Department of Defense (DoD). This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your project management skills while being mentored by a talented team and supporting a high-visibility program focused on innovation, efficiency, and strategic performance for military personnel programs. You'll work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, gaining exposure to the inner workings of DoD program management-all while developing foundational experience in government contracting and strategic operations. The work location of this position will be at the Pentagon 1-2 days per week on average or at the CATHEIXS Tysons HQ. This position is contingent on stakeholder approval. Responsibilities
CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000- $100,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline.
