YOUR MISSION Responsible for PUMA.com and Retail daily order maintenance and allocation process Coordinate with Customer Service and EDI to ensure all inbound orders process successfully Run daily allocation processes and identify changes to order fulfillment rules Maintain order cancellation report daily to efficiently communicate order changes to customer Manage all order allocation, shipping, and warehouse SLA reporting/monitoring. Assist with the end-to-end testing of new site features as needed. Assist Customer Care team by reviewing and responding to corporate requests as needed. YOUR TALENT First experience in allocations or Ecommerce (0-2 years). Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, and be able to work independently. Other skills required: time management, flexibility, strong written and verbal communication skills.
