Position Purpose The Recruitment & Brand Partner helps lead the Bank's talent acquisition function and works to create and maintain the Bank's employee brand in the marketplace for an assigned division and/or departments. In addition, the role is responsible for maintaining the Bank's onboarding program for new hires. Through these efforts, the role will enhance the Bank's visibility and reputation in the market to help build the employer brand and position the Bank as the community bank of choice.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing candidates, screening/referring candidates to hiring managers, scheduling, logistics, preparation for candidate interviews and assist in onboarding of new employees.
- Partner with the hiring managers and work collaboratively with them to hire talent.
- Work with external recruitment partners to fill roles as necessary.
- Coordinate efforts with hiring managers, interviewers, and actively accept resumes and applications.
- Responsible for all assigned job postings and ensuring all postings are updated online where needed and when needed.
- Engage with the HR Team and the business partners to ensure that hiring managers are effectively trained on proper interviewing techniques.
- Work with the HR Team and other business partners to help maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for the Bank.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates and build a network of future candidates.
- Create brand awareness to continue to attract top talent to the Bank.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to enhance the Bank's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Work with internal team to support recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.
- Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System and responsible for maintaining all records per department procedures.
Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent in related work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role for an organization with 200+ employees in multi-site, and multi-state locations.
- Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically UKG is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Prior experience working with sensitive information is a plus.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self driven with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of federal and state laws in regard to hiring practices.
Working Arrangements
- 100% remote role
- Candidates within traveling distance to our Rockville, MD headquarters preferred - MD, DC, VA, DE, PA local areas preferred.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $77,338 - $112,140 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
- Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
