Job Description: Seeking an experienced, positive, and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will support a small team (3-4 members) and handle escalated calls regarding customer orders, updates, and troubleshooting issues over the phone. You will also follow up with customers through outbound calls and emails, assist the sales team with processing contracts and invoices, and manage various projects. Typical call volume is 40-50 calls per day.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm or 7:30am - 5:00pm (45 hours per week, 30-minute lunch) Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the team leader under our CS Management team. * Handle customer inquiries regarding recycling and waste hauling. * Address customer complaints that get escalated up the line. * Become knowledgeable of all our divisions and the unique services each requires. * Effectively increase sales and customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term customer relations mainly via phone and email. * Document and update records based on interactions. * Be hardworking, reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic. * Perform other relevant duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * 1+ year of customer service experience (open to retail or restaurant). * Experience leading some type of team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook * Ability to type 45 words per minute.
