***This position is located in our SICK, West Bloomington MN office. The person will work in office four days a week and can work remote the other day.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Our base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below. Actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance, license/certifications, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Starting Base Annual Salary Range:

$74,550 - $112,750

POSITIONSUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our global IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure, while also supporting CyberArk for privileged access management. You will play a key role in driving automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud best practices across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, IT Security, and Compliance teams to align cloud solutions with business objectives.
  • Design, build, and maintain IaaS and PaaS environments on Azure.
  • Deploy and manage cloud solutions that form the foundation of the company's digital services.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure using IaC with ARM, PowerShell, GitLab, and Terraform.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to streamline deployments.
  • Establish and promote cloud architecture standards and best practices.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud solutions.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Act as a technical advisor and sparring partner for IT security and development teams.
  • Foster knowledge sharing across cloud and traditional IT infrastructure teams.
  • Participate in global IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
  • Administer and maintain CyberArk privileged access management solutions.
  • Ensure secure authentication, access control, and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk-related issues, collaborating with security teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure engineering and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management (PAM) tools.
  • Expertise in Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, PaaS solutions).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, PowerShell, GitLab, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of YAML/JSON for configuration management.
