What You Will Do to Change Lives

Coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies. Complete assessments and determine the appropriate level of services for new members served.

Short Hour 0.4 shifts available:



  • AM Shift | 7:00 am- 3:30pm | Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday
  • PM Shift | 3:00pm - 11:30pm |Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday
  • NOC Shift | 11:00pm - 7:30am |Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday


Expected starting wage range is $27.30 - $33.73. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Master's degree in Social Sciences
  • One (1) year of experience in mental health services
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)
Passion, Mindset, and Innovation Set Us Apart

Telecare's behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis.
MCRT is creating an opportunity for Clinicians, Case Manager Master's, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in a unique way that has never been done before in our system of care. This program collaborates and accepts referrals from County Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement. MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.
Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to provide services directly in the field in San Joaquin County.
