Systems Administrator (Multiple levels) - Fully Cleared

We are actively seeking Systems Administrators at the Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior stages of their careers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems.

You'd like to do this:

• Install, configure, and support our local and wide area networks, systems, and applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security of our network and data.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and anti-spam.
• For Mid-Level and Senior roles: Design and implement new system structures, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and develop strategic plans for future IT developments.

You're required to have this:

• Junior Systems Administrator: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Up to 2 years of experience in systems administration. Knowledge of network configuration, security principles, and operating systems.
• Mid-Level Systems Administrator: 3-5 years of systems administration experience. Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale server environments. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with cloud services.
• Senior Systems Administrator: 6+ years of experience. Advanced knowledge in system architecture, networking, and security. Leadership experience and the ability to drive IT strategy and improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Windows, Linux, and/or Unix environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
