Job Description
Supervises and coordinates the staff and daily operations of the department. Mentors and develops skills of direct reports; participates in evaluating and implementing quality controls and performance improvement activities. Coordinates efforts among clinical personnel, case managers, administrative, and support staff. Job Responsibility
