The business development senior manager insurance solutions will lead sales strategy for the Arity Insurance Solutions product segment to create and execute both short and long-term sales strategies. Furthermore, this role will lead the creation and execution of short and long-term sales strategy for assigned Insurance Solutions

* Identifying and leveraging subject matter experts within Arity for sales discussions

* Representing Arity at industry conferences and events

* Beginning and advancing sales discussions within target markets on Arity's insurance products

* Identify new markets or customers within product vertical

* Training and supporting other Arity teams on product segment messaging

* Contributing feedback and direction on sales messaging to product marketing

* Gain a thorough understanding of Arity, its products and strategy

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)

  • Comfortable selling into the insurance vertical
  • Larger enterprise complex sales
  • Understands data and analytic sales

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $135,200.00 - 185,975.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
