Manager Employee (Caregiver) Health RN Services

The Caregiver Health Services (CHS) Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination and regulatory compliance of CHS daily operations. Provides leadership, direction and general supervision of team members. Coordinates with the EH Regional Director in the development, creation and implementation of programs, policies and procedures both system-wide and to meet local requirements. Responsible for managing labor and department expenses on a daily basis.

St. Vincent Medical Center will be the primary site. The person hired into this role will be expected to routinely visit our facilities at Seaside Hospital, Newberg Medical Center and Medford Medical Center as well.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing (if RN); or Related field (non-RN) Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 6 years Related experience.
  • 4 years Leadership experience.
  • Supervising healthcare regulatory compliance.
  • Healthcare related occupation with demonstrated supervisory abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Upon hire: Nurse Occupational Health.
  • Upon hire: CAP Green Belt.
