Detailed Description of Services: *Captures customers' and service providers' ServiceNow requirements into stories, helps to solution the approach, and support the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers *Collaboration in designing, developing, and working with IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform * Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures and supports the creation of ServiceNow solutions *Construction of agile stories and tests configured functionalities end to end as soon as they have been developed * Supports and creates project documentation *Assis in the development and delivery of ServiceNow related training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staff *Assists delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers on the ServiceNow Platform *Develops strong business cases and ROI calculations to justify and measure the business value delivered by enhancements on the ServiceNow platform *Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, automation, optimization, or quality improvements. *Helps negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members *Other duties as assigned *Skills* Servicenow, Business analysis, Requirements gathering, Business requirements *Top Skills Details* Servicenow,Business analysis,Requirements gathering,Business requirements *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 37.5 HOURS A WEEK WORK ONSITE in Boston 2 DAYS A WEEK *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
