Top Skills' Details These Business Analysts will support the IT Operations, ServiceNow Integration, and Jira/Confluence Integration Projects. This manager is looking for the individuals to have standard BA expertise, with the exception of adding in the additional integration, Jira, and/or ServiceNow knowledge. Please note that LFI (Large Financial Institution) expertise is required. Job Description: - Ensure requirements are documented - Bridge between stakeholders and technical teams - Identify project needs and objectives related to the integration - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements - Document functional and non-functional requirements - Define data mapping and transformation rules for integration - Work with the IT Technical lead to define system interfaces, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms. - Ensure compatibility between the integrated systems - Create process flows and system diagrams (working with IT Tech lead) - Document Use Cases, technical specifications - Maintain version control of all documents throughout project - Validate data flows and system interactions - Jira experience Skills Project management, Pmp, Stakeholder management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.86/hr.
