We are looking for a Sales rep to add to our team to cover accounts from Montgomery to the Tennessee state line.
- Prospecting and developing customer relationships to include upselling and multi-line development of services, providing and negotiating pricing proposals to showcase our superior customer service. - Identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet business objectives. - Working closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. - This Role will require managing a portfolio of 35-40 financial institution accounts in Alabama. Cultivating existing client relationships and upgrade their security systems and software. - Respond to client needs and emergencies outside of regular business hours - This person will need to be on the road traveling 3/4 days a week *Skills* Customer service, CRM, relationship development *Top Skills Details* Customer service,CRM,relationship development *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Onboarding: - Bringing the new hire to the Madison area for an orientation on the company's culture and values - Providing 3-4 days of product training with the inside sales, operations, and service teams - Ben emphasizes that he is open to hiring someone with no prior industry experience, as the company has knowledgeable people who can provide the necessary training *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
