Summary:

The Programs Analyst/Training Coordinator (Master Resilience Training, Joint Governance) is responsible for supporting the NGB Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention contract through program analysis, training coordination, and case management. This role requires a highly qualified individual with a strong background in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, and program management.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs related to substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, and resilience.
  • Provide case management support to ensure effective program implementation and participant outcomes.
  • Develop and present executive-level briefings on program progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless program integration.
  • Maintain and update program databases and records.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated instructing and briefing skills, with the ability to adapt to executive-level audiences.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a related field, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum four years of practical experience in substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, resilience, and program/case management.
  • Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and eligible to obtain a Contractor Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in substance abuse and suicide prevention programs.
  • Previous experience working with the National Guard or similar organizations.
  • Advanced certifications or training in related fields.
