Summary:

The Sr. Business Analysts will autonomously lead high-priority initiatives, acting as a liaison to gather business requirements for system/process enhancements. They will manage and own established, or new, business processes or applications. They will also document project requirements and ensure seamless execution by identifying interdependencies. Collaboration with teams for testing and delivering projects will be essential, along with analyzing metrics to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:
|
- Lead and/or support the company's highest priority initiatives directed Sr. Leadership, working autonomously to achieve objectives, and making strategic decisions to ensure successful execution; this role requires an elite individual who can self-direct, plan, and deliver results effectively.
- Own and manage high-priority business processes and applications, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a strategic liaison between functions to gather essential business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and process changes.
- Assess current and future business needs, recommending solutions in line with the needs of the business, the organization, and our associates.
- Document business requirements clearly, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide project execution.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems effectively; post-rollout, develop and maintain reports to monitor program outcomes and ensure results align with expectations.
- Manage documentation effectively, ensuring the development and revision of project artifacts as needed.
- Identify interdependencies among initiatives and assess impacts of scope changes to ensure seamless project alignment.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, participating in efforts to ensure that acceptance criteria are met for successful process execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Cultivate and maintain store standards, best practices, and execution of scalable processes to support existing operations and new market growth.
- Leverage financial and business metrics to identify key business opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive data analysis.

Education:
|
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
|
Experience and Background:
|
- One to three (3) years business analysis
- Proven experience with business analysis best practices and deliverables
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in SQL, PowerBI, Excel
- Experience with Traditional and Agile methodologies and tools preferred
|
Language Skills:
|
- Well-developed verbal and listening communication skills
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write technical documentation, reports and correspondence
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing to Executive management
- Ability to speak and present information effectively before groups of customers or Associates of the organization.
