RN New Graduate Nurse Residency- Quad Cities Hospital

Now Hiring 2025 New Graduate Nurses with graduation dates in May, August and December.

New Grad starting pay is $32.73/hr

Shift differential 3p-11pm is $5/hr and 11p-7am is $7.50/hr

$2,000/month stipend for 6 months prior to licensure

$10K Sign on bonus

Nurse Resident Required Program Participation during the 12 month program:

* Monthly cohort meetings

* Monthly self paced program content

* Completion of Residency Project

Education:

• Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
• Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
