American Medical Association seeks HS Quality Director at its facility located at 330 North Wabash Ave, Suite 39300, Chicago, IL 60611.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and technology partners to develop and maintain a roadmap that serves as the foundation for efforts and initiatives across quality, trust and accessibility, value and insights, privacy and choice, and equity. Identify and articulate linkages from strategy to outcomes by establishing and reporting on key metrics that are meaningful to internal and external customers. Establish, enhance and implement analytics, quality assurance roadmap, processes and metrics which identify data quality gaps and inform ongoing improvement while optimizing resources. Continuously analyze data against business logic and requirements and conduct proof of concept testing on new business logic and algorithms to generate fact-based improvement results. Drive compliance with AMA's Data Governance program, by ensuring that procedures are well defined, monitored, and evolve with appropriate level of key stakeholder collaboration. Telecommuting: Hybrid (Work from home 3 days a week). Position requires the applicant to be a resident of one of the following states: CA, DC, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OH, SC, VA, or WI.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related plus 10 years of experience as a Data Quality Manager, Product Manager, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: 1) Implementing enterprise-wide product programs and projects through a matrix organization and team. 2)Developing and executing strategic plans and programs for product initiatives within defined budgets. 3)Developing, interpreting, and utilizing data and analytics to meet strategic objectives. 4) Analyzing data issues to provide advice or consultation for problem resolution. 5) Translating business requirements into technical requirements and overseeing development activity to ensure maximum output. 6) Executing product strategy based on analysis of customer needs, market opportunities and actionable analytics. 7) Developing, interpreting, and utilizing data and analytics to implement strategies and meet objectives. 8) Executing roadmaps to improve data quality and increase value by developing underlying principles, facts, opportunities, and risks associated with data.

RATE OF PAY: $196,123 per year.
