Description MaineHealth CorporateManagement/Leadership Summary: The HIM Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the information processing section of the HIM Department. This could include all aspects of release of information, deficiency analysis, document management and the HIM call center. This position reports to the HIM Manager or HIM Director and assists in planning, organizing workflow, quality, productivity, performance evaluation process and oversees time and attendance of staff members.
