This position must focus on customer satisfaction; provide technical support directly to customer via phone or field service. Provide training to customers, employees, service technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-delivery and post-delivery problem solving.
  • Enter claims in SAP
  • Research and Order Parts
  • Travel On-Site for field service repairs
  • Phone tech support.
  • Provide technical training to customers on all brands
  • Provide back up support to peers as needed.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • Must be familiar with all aspects (installation/repair/replacement) of all products offered by REV Orlando
  • Must be familiar with vendor component such as Electrical Systems, HVAC systems, and Suspension.
  • Must be familiar with OEM Chassis and conversion tie into our modular units
  • Must have 45 WPM.
  • Must have some familiarity with Microsoft and SAP system.
  • Must be able to travel up to 80 % of the time without notice.
  • Understanding and carrying out verbal and written directions.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Must be familiar with electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Must be able to guide a field technician through the troubleshooting of system failures via telephone.
  • Phone systems, e-mail, and internet browsing skills required.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Must be able to work with internal department and share knowledge gained from the field.
  • Must have time management and multitasking skills.
  • Must be able to drive a Heavy and Light Duty Ambulance.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner with the public and employees.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to follow the policy and procedures set forth by the Customer Relations Manager and/or REVO.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years electrical/manufacturing experience
