We are looking for a self-motivated, full-time Relationship Banker- Operations Manager who will provide the best possible experience for our customers at our Claremont NH Branch. As the Relationship Banker- Operations Manager you are responsible for the efficient operation of the Teller area that meets the audit standards set by Retail Operations and the Bank Regulators. In this role, you will also ensure all relationship bankers perform duties within bank policies and standards while adhering to bank policies and audit requirements. Including performing Relationship Banker duties as needed and supporting branch operations.

The candidate will have three years of supervisory or equivalent experience with a complete understanding of the banking operational procedures gained through several years of operation experience is required. Strong computer and typing skills are needed. Knowledge of online banking systems is needed as well as demonstrated managerial skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to use and adapt to ever-changing technology is also important. The Operations Managers must also communicate professionalism in every manner. Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of the Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!
