Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Work closely with senior analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to contribute to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives Assist in the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis) Create and maintain business analysis artifacts such as requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges Support the analysis and evaluation of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements Contribute to the development of training materials and provide support to end-users Work closely with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and facilitate effective communication Assist in project planning and monitoring by providing relevant data and insights Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Business Analyst or Manager Requirements: Java Full Stack Developer Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
