We're seeking aSenior Principal Product Marketing Manager - Strategic Planningto shape Procore's product marketing strategy. You'll lead strategic planning and portfolio-level initiatives that ensure Product Marketing is aligned, effective, and scalable.

As the Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager - Strategic Planning, you'll own the planning frameworks, operational rhythms, and strategic initiatives that drive clarity, alignment, and impact across Product Marketing. You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to guide prioritization, optimize GTM, and ensure PMM delivers measurable business value. This role suits a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen who thrives at the intersection of planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Drive annual/quarterly strategic planning for Product Marketing, aligning priorities to company goals.
  • Lead development of a long-range roadmap for PMM initiatives.
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and portfolio alignment.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are tracked, reported, and adapted based on business needs.

Organizational Alignment & Operating Model

  • Define and evolve the Product Marketing operating model to support scale.
  • Partner with PMM leadership to establish clear goals, roles, and workflows.
  • Run strategic forums (e.g., leadership planning sessions, operational reviews).

GTM Excellence & Frameworks

  • Develop repeatable GTM frameworks for product launches, adoption, and portfolio positioning.
  • Drive consistency through standardized playbooks, processes, and templates.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track GTM metrics.

Cross-Functional Strategy & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders in Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Facilitate alignment on shared priorities, positioning Product Marketing as a central driver of GTM success.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving GTM velocity, alignment, and effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Planning, GTM Strategy, or Program Management (B2B SaaS ideal).
  • Proven success leading strategic planning and operational initiatives for marketing or GTM organizations.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing's role in driving growth, positioning, and customer adoption.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to synthesize data, insights, and business goals into actionable plans and frameworks.
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity and balancing strategic vision with execution.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Asana, and Confluence is a plus.
QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $192,000 - $264,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
