CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS This position is accountable for maximizing the value of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules within the ServiceNow technology suite. The individual is responsible for understanding the capabilities of the product, maintaining and prioritizing enhancements, and implementing improvements in the ServiceNow HRSD product to add value for employees, managers, business partners and COEs. Responsibilities of the position include: (1) ServiceNow HRSD Product Ownership:
- Translates COE/business strategy into action by implementing changes and improvements within ServiceNow HRSD
- Understands capabilities of the technology and translates knowledge into solutions
- Creates and manages technology roadmap in conjunction with ETG
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes customer requirements to drive maximum value
- Regularly interacts with customers to ensure the technology and changes meet customer expectations
- Maintains and refines product backlog
- Responsible for final decisions on product functionality
- Understands and supports inter-team dependencies, and escalates issues when necessary
- Stays abreast of how trends will affect the product in the future
(2) Application Testing and Implementation:
- Utilizes agile methodology for governance, product testing, and implementations
- Creates user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensures stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to technical team; works with team to clarify stories as necessary
- Leads beta testing and pilot program for product enhancements and new product launches
- Partners with technical team to set and communicate project scope and launch dates
- Attends team meetings (sprint planning, sprint review)
- Works with team members and customers to ensure products are working in production
(3) Communications & Change Leadership:
- Leads change management efforts related to product enhancements and updates
- Facilitates meetings, tracks and follows up on action items
- Partners with ETG, customers and project stakeholders to create and execute communication plans relative to technology enhancements and projects
- Supports COEs and business partners in developing or updating processes impacted by product changes
- Supports COEs and business partners in creating and maintaining resources related to ServiceNow HRSD module updates
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation across all divisions and regions within Sherwin-Williams

- Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field

- 5-7 years experience working with HR technology applications

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required:

- Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques

- Lean or six sigma experience
