Career Opportunity:

As Technical Services Lab Support, you will serve as an integral part of the Pavement Technologies team providing support to ourinternal and externalcustomers.Primary responsibilitieswill include materials testing, production and testing of asphalt emulsions, and evaluation of asphalt mixtures.We're looking for a high-energy individual with the qualifications listed below.

How you will impact Ingevity:

• Work as part of a dynamic team to support laboratory evaluations.
• Ensure that testing is completed according toindustry and internal standards.
• Obtain accurate test results that willinfluence technical solutions from concept to customer acceptance.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in science-related discipline is preferred
• Laboratory experience in the Pavement industry required
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel for industry and customer support
• Intuitive problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strength to safely handle 50 lb. buckets of materials
• Team player mentality and the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
