THE JOB:

As a Executive Director International Casino Marketing Asia, you will not only generate incremental visits from guests but also leverage your expertise in to create WOW moments that resonate long after guests depart. You will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable experiences and driving the growth of our guest base through solid relationships and innovative event strategies.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with guests by actively engaging and providing exceptional service.

  • Leverage your extensive network and experience in international entertainment promotion to bring fresh, exciting opportunities that drive new business.

  • Generate leads and create event-driven initiatives that amplify guest visits, expanding customer base and deepening brand loyalty.

  • Travel as needed to solidify relationships with key partners and loyal guests, particularly in international markets.

  • Network within our property, fostering positive connections and ensuring each guest experience is unforgettable.

  • Support leadership by assisting with various projects, driving initiatives that align with broader business goals and event strategies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent professional experience, including maintaining a book of business and developing or expanding a customer base within a large organization.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in casino marketing roles.

  • Strong, demonstrated history of growing and maintaining a robust book of business, with experience in driving international entertainment and event success.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a knack for fostering positive relationships, whether at the property or on the go.

  • A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and inspires others to achieve excellence.

  • Ability to bring in a high volume of business while ensuring each partnership is nurtured and sustained.

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi, or other regional languages.

  • A flair for event creation, innovation, and executing memorable experiences that attract and retain guests.
