Here's what you'd do:

• Prepares test methods and specifications; analyzes and tests RF hardware to verify performance characteristics.
• Provides inputs to Product Development for formal documentation and supports manufacturing during the deliverable assembly and test phase.
• Support production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high-reliability applications.
• Work on technical problems and provide solutions that are innovative and ingenious.
• Act independently to uncover and resolve issues.
• Will collaborate with other engineering disciplines including quality engineers and manufacturing engineers as well as technicians and support personnel.

Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with microwave test equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Science or Technology or Engineering or Math.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
