Summary:

Join our dynamic team as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing, where you'll spearhead innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans, manage diverse campaigns, and oversee a variety of marketing tactics including media, social media, creative, and direct mail. Your leadership and analytical prowess will be key in optimizing campaign performance and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with PeoplesBank's strategic plans and Line of Business goals, working closely with First Vice President Marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing group to set priorities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Work on enterprise-wide projects to ensure marketing contributes to the organization's strategic direction.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that align with strategic goals.
  • Engage in the development of new products and align marketing plans accordingly.
  • Analyze marketplace, customers, and competitors to prioritize product features.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee development, production, and communication of promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistent corporate image across all product lines and promotional materials.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and provide insights for business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations in marketing activities.
  • Complete yearly compliance training and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five-to-seven years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of marketing technology and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); convey messages in thoughtful and creative ways
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Computer/Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; experience with Creatio is a plus.
