As an Instructional Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the leaders of today and tomorrow across our organization with our Learning & Development team where you will help to design innovative, high-impact learning experiences that elevate leadership capability and drive business results. Your work will directly impact our team members' growth, our guest experience, and our culture. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Design learning experiences using a variety of modalities including in-person, e-learning, and blended approaches to meet business needs. Develop instructional materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, course evaluations, and digital content. Leverage multimedia tools (graphics, animation, video, and more) to create engaging and visually impactful learning materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and property initiatives. Continuously improve content by gathering and analyzing feedback through focus groups, surveys, and learning metrics. Manage projects from concept through execution-staying on track with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure compliance and consistency, updating learning materials as laws, practices, or philosophies evolve.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic information technologies, or equivalent education and experience 1+ year of experience in an instructional design role Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and instructional technologies. Strong storytelling, facilitation, and visual design skills to bring concepts to life. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality. A collaborative spirit and passion for helping others grow.
